Found this coin. Is it misprint or did someone shave off?

    With a hammer one good lick will do it.

    In that video, did you notice how fast the coin can be milled out or flat. And once you get the right setting a stop can be set and you can mill one coin after another to the same precision as fast as you can set them up.

    Getting the precision of the initial setting could take some time, but once you have it set you can probably crank out a couple dozen of these an hour.

    Yep. He had those settings down. Once he removed the rim from the quarter, it was a nice tight fit inside that golden dollar.
