Sacagewea Dollars Graded coins

Hello I want to get some 2000-2006 proof sacagewea dollars coins and was just wondering who should I go with pcgs or ngc?

Buy the coin not the holder - my personal preference is PCGS, but still make sure the coins grades to what is advertised. Even PCGS is not perfect.

 

I like the PCGS holders so would go with those.

 

Either one, whichever holds the nicer coin(s).

I would go with PCGS, because they are considered the strictest. But also most of the time they command a higher premium. Good luck with purchasing.

My set is in PCGS...

When I bought my 1st one, they had it in both PCGS PF69 and nd NGC PF69...

I looked closly at each coin and it seemed like there were more nics/back marks and distractions on the NGC... Not a knock against NGC, just in this case the coin that happend to be in the PCGS slab looked a bit better... I would have almost gave it a 70...

I do like the pcgs slabs & plus I see that the value of the coins are more than ngc's.
