Conservative Boxing from Mint

    I guess the US Mint is conserving money by using up the old 2014 boxes with the 2015 Quarters.

    I'm not surprised that they got the design copyright for the 2015 packaging in 2014.

    And yes I agree ... knowing the government there's a form somewhere that needs to be filled out 100 times before they can send the job to the printer.
