    The wider than normal rim is the result of this coin being struck with a higher strike pressure than a normal one. The higher pressure allows more metal to flow into the corner formed by the die rim channel and the collar. The little bit of finning present is also evidence of this.

    welcome to collecting its a lot of fun and very educational I started in 1964 at 12 just because of the history of coins and often wondered who held the coins I now have also for an investment in later years although I havent parted with any yet
