At first, I thought I was looking at a cent that had cola or something poured on it but then I took a closer look and if you think the obverse is a mess, wait till you look at the reverse! Again, need help determining if this coin is just FUBAR and needs to be retired or did something go horribly wrong in the minting process and needs further investigation? Welcome to CT. Take some time and make some effort to learn about the minting process and you will find that this is definitely not a minting error.
