Chinese Imperial and Early Republic Coins

    Hello, I've found these coins at a local antique store. They are all very worn and some of the dies are a little crooked. I would like to know if they are genuine or counterfeit. Thanks!     They all appear genuine. D and E looks like they may have been cleaned or lacquered.

    Thanks Numismat! Some of the dies are crooked. Does this mean anything?

    You mean obverse and reverse are misaligned? That is common with these coins.

    Yes, that's what I meant. I was worried if it was a sign of a forgery!
