Can you block a seller?

I know buyers can be blocked but my wife wants to block a seller. She says they have a ton of items listed and all have reserves which she doesn't want to fool with. You used to to see the sellers name on the listing on eBay and could eliminate them that way but now you have to open the auction to see who is selling or if there is a reserve.

Make sure your searches go through the entire listing and not just the title and then uses the "-" syntax to remove the username. For instance, if I am looking for a 1909-S VDB Cent in a PCGS or NGC holder, but I don't want to bother with seller XYZ, I could use the following syntax:

    (PCGS, NGC) & 1909 S VDB -XYZ

Advanced search, or saved search and then:

That must be fairly new. Thanks for a clearer method!
