    Hoover lists the standard weight at 0.86 grams. If yours weighs about 2/3 of that, it would help.
    BTW, Hoover gives it a rarity rating of R1 (25-60 known). Doug might weigh in on rarity ;), but Hoover's reference is at least recent (2012), so it might be more accurate regarding rarity.

    The lighting is off and it does appear to be silver. I have a silver test kit somewhere around here. I haven't used it for a very long time. I wonder if the chemicals go bad after a while?

    I know nothing about whether the acids used in silver test kits go bad or not...
