D over D or D over S 1944 d penny

Hi everyone! I kind of feel like a fool posting so many coins but my searches of eBay are finding cool things. I am unsure about this coin and would like to know if its a keeper. Thanks for all replies.

In the condition, it shouldn't go over a couple of bucks, I would think anyway.

That's a dramatic D/D...I would be happy to have that coin.

 

I think it looks like it could be the CONECA listed 44D RPM-007 which is listed in their Top 100 RPM's.
