    I looked for this coin on the Stacks site but could not find it. Not even in the archive coins sold section.

    Possibly, the single 7 cent sale was to himself, with another profile. Keep it simple and cheap, use it to learn the ropes and establish an account, kind of like a pre-season game, then....Bingo!

    Might be a fake slab, which would explain why the number was hidden, and no reply to request for it.

    NGC only has records of the initial request for grading with that persons return address. So if it went through a dealer for grading, his name is on it. He may be sending it in for one of his customers himself. Then there are all the crack-outs and resubmissions, plus private sales that are only known between the buyer and seller. If along the way it gets stolen, there is no complete paper trail to follow. This is the same for Stacks. Many people who end up with the better auction coins, remain anonymous. Some have a representative bid for them in their behalf. Once out the door from either company, the trail ends.

    Oh well, its just more reasons to steer clear. But someone dropped over $11k on it.
