I've found a few of the Bahamas starfish cents in rolls. I like the looks so much that I bought a proof.

I'm so new to this I don't even know how to get a decent photo - but I recently found a 1988 Kennedy half with a 100 degree die rotation. Might it have any value?

I have only been hunting for a week. Gone through about $60.00 of only nickels and pennies. I have:
    7-Wheat Pennies
    1-34 buffalo F-8 to F-12
10-Pre 60s nickels (one is a pretty good shape 38 that I really wish was a buffalo.. pretty cool though)
    1-War nickel
    1-Near-Flawless 1991 s proof nickel
I also came across a 1947 canadian dime that is 80% silver.

I need to get some dimes and quarters for my collection!

Picked up 4 boxes of halves this afternoon. Boxes 2 and 4 were skunk.

    Box 1 - 1942 Walker, 64 Ken, 3 40%
    Box 3 - 1942D Walker(really nice but has PVC crap on it), 64 Ken, 4 40%

All together 4 90%, 7 40%. Not bad. Going to pick up another $2k tomorrow morning.

Finished another 4 boxes of halves(all I will be getting for the month). Looks like the silver is starting to dry up in this batch. I only pulled a 64 and a 67.

I've done $12k worth of boxes that were all marked 12-1 and pulled out 13 90% and 98 40%.

Hit up a few banks on Wednesday - 1 40%er out of about $10 in halves

Today - visited about 10 banks, came up completely short. Got 2 rolls from one bank that turned out to be a collector's rejects - I knew I had junk when the rolls said "72" and "74" on the sides. A few other banks told of collectors that came through regularly and cleaned them out. Anyone here been visiting Watertown, MA lately?

Funny how unevenly distributed the silver is.
