Possible 1949 d over S?

I found it and noticed the mintmark. It looked weird and wondered what it is. All opinions appreciated.

Based on past experience, I would avoid this seller like the plague.

 

He likes his prices !

I've zoomed in and I can't tell from the photos. I can tell you for certain that it's not the one that is listed in the Cherry Picker's Guide because the mint mark is not in the correct location.

 

the seller advertising on this page has done things like send me a 1021 peace dollar, categorized as an MS60, with three initials scratched on the surface. They were deep and ruined the coin. I returned it, as well as the other peace dollar that was not the one ordered and the other one that had another scratch that ran an entire circle around the obverse and was still "graded" as an MS62. I'd take any 1021 Peace Dollar, regardless of the condition.
