1939-s Wheat Cent Grade Needed

    Im assuming no wear is on this? Would really need better pics, but I would say 64/65.

    I agree with Clutchy.....obverse Lincoln side is more pristine...MS 65

    It does look like a very nice specimen. I just hope you flatten all of the staple points before you accidentally scratch another coin, or worse yet, scratch this coin on another 2x2. Better yet, buy a flat cinch stapler.

    I'll guess 64RD to be conservative, since the blurry pics can hide a lot. The reverse looks a little scuffy. At the right price, this is the perfect type of coin to put in an album.

    I paid $5 for it a year or two ago. I like it's color and luster. IMO it has great eye appeal. I think it is one of my nicest wheat cents.

    I use regular staples, and then flatten them out with a pair of needle nose pliers, with a small cross pattern on the faces, NOT the ones with teeth. It will look like Jaws tried to eat it lol. Then I rub my finger cross it. I haven't lost any skin yet.
