Yah, I blasted-out of the coin-blocks and sprinted directly into the dog-house!!!

=> "8" coins in January!! (yah, I thought that I was doin' so well) ...

Apparently, my coin-spend has been a bit too excessive for January, so I'm gonna be "Ridin'-the-pines" for a couple of months (yup, I've been benched by the owner) ... luckily, I love her full-heartedly and she is always correct!!

    ... anyway ...

I'm on your heels with 7 coins this year. I just missed a big one in today's Pecunem but suspect the high bidder had an astronomic maximum (it was clearly worth far more than estimate).

    Thanks for the coinpliments, fellas!!
=> ahaha, nope not this time, fellas (sadly, this time I'd better step-back and smell the roses for a while rather than buy another purdy bouquet!!)

=> hey, the Super-bowl is only an hour away ... sadly, my favourite team (The 49ers) didn't make it through to today's final, but I'm still gonna throw my annual stevex6 Super-bowl party (they should be knockin' on the door, "soon") ...

Curious => do any of you coiners have the NFL bug in ya? ... in other words are any of you going to watch today's game?

=> I have $20 riding-on Brady => hmmm, I wonder how they'll try to cheat today, eh? ....... clever as a fox (Crooked as a dog's hind leg!!)

You know I have the bug and I'm going for anyone who plays against Brady.

here are my two ancient coins for the month.

Very nice stevex6! Was a great January for ya. Great coins and ya added another mithridates VI as well which is also a major plus. I need to get out of the gate and add to my lonely one. Especially been searching for a perseus/medusa headless one. And Steelers fan here, but was a very good super bowl.

Lynch should have run that ball instead of the pass turned interception. What a lousy call!

    Nice coins Chris.

No, I'm not taking anything away from the Pats, but the game was the Seahawks to loose at that point. I say it again. What a lousy call!!!!

I don't disagree at all Bing. Got a great running back and just feet from the endzone. Should've ran it for sure. Just saying the kid made a great read on the play and broke for the play before the ball was even thrown and made the play is all.

Pete Carroll will be hearing about that bad decision for a very long time.
