Pretty sure I know this dealer also, w/o asking his name and he's very reliable, a solid grader. One of the few who still offer this service and his coins are no more expensive than any others. If you are good at making your payments on time this is a nice alternative for those who want a better coin that might not be available later on and you lock into the price no matter how much that coin may appreciate in a given period.
