1972-S Lincoln Cent, business-strike (PCGS MS65BN). Sometimes toners take on the look of an impressionist painting. Rainbow color like this is rare on PCGS-graded business-strike Memorial Lincolns

A little silver, a little copper, and a fake 8 Reale. They all came across my desk at work this week. Person needed the money more than the coins so I was happy to pick up the silver and a few miscellaneous coins. What is too bad is that the coins were stored in plastic bags - you can see the PVC damage on many of the coins including the 65 copper half penny. :( I like the 1912 Three Mark coin ~ cool reverse! :)

Just concluded a deal for this coin. Not a rare date for the series by any means, but a nice coin, with nice surfaces, and a nice price.

I like it a little bit better at an AU-53 than the 50 on the slab. What say you?

Get it out of the slab where it dies and put in a nice capsule to enjoy and let it live.

    Why??
Graded is mean to be in holder . I would not open slab.

Here are three new additions to my Roosie set. They all came in the mail yesterday. The 47-S was in a NGC 65 holder. 54 S and 64 D came raw.

I won this one at auction tonight, I'm jazzed enough about it to put up the seller's pictures before I even get it in hand
