I am not disagreeing with you on that Jello, I do believe that most of these packages you find like this are problem coins, either cleaned, mishandled, altered, and such but based on the images I cannot determine the toning to be AT or NT. Just giving advice my friend.
I understand your point. Buying anything on eBay Can fool even the expert that I am NOT. Handling and paper will also have to be taken into consideration. I to am not disagreeing with your . Coin history is the Issue I would think not being a Expert.
