    Hadrian AE Sestertius - Minerva
    new in mine collection

    Hadrian AE Sestertius
    . 121-122 AD.

    IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG,
    laureate, draped & cuirassed bust right / P M TR P COS III S-C,

    Minerva standing left, wearing crested helmet, sprinkling incense onto candelabrum to left & holding spear, to right rests a sheild decorated with climbing serpent
