    To me it's a 25 coin.

    And it hasn't been dipped. As mentioned just overexposed in the last image.

    Mid VF. The rim bump wouldn't bother me too much - if the price was right. Few of these don't have an issue or two. Many are simply unattractive. I like this one.

    VF30. Has an original look. $2000ish. I don't believe rim ding would prevent it from grading. If it was me, this is plentiful year and I think you could find a nicer example with some patience. Love these early dollars in VF. Thanks for sharing. Good luck!
