My opinion is it is an Indian, not Liberty. I would say AU58-MS61

I'll go with a 62. it's not bad for a gold coin where they allow for more nicks than silver coins

The shoulder of the eagle has no signs of wear. The coin shows hairlines in Front of the Indian Head indeed, this is maybe a sign of circulation, if this is not friction slide. I don't know how Pcgs or NGC would decide. Good luck.

I'd say it's right on the border , really no wear per say . But a lot of tiny hits that I usually equate with circulation . AU-58 .

    AU details.

In obverse picture 036, the surfaces looked messed with at 6 o'clock. There also looks to be a large scratch coming from the "chiefs" mouth.

I'll go MS-62 as well. Not too baggy for a 63, but bag marks and weak strike limit it to 62 for me.

Not nearly nice enough for 62 in my opinion. I have a few of these in 62, 63, and 61. Might make 61.

Weak and bag marks I agree no visible wear (at least not on my end) MS61 possibly MS62.

This is one of those "AU62" coins. I don't see wear or bad hits, but at first glance it looks AU.

Well, turns out in hand, the consensus was that it was an AU58 and not uncirculated. Sold!
