2 Gold Coins to ID

    Sorry about the photos I am trying to get better ones, and I don't have the weight or size ATM.

    Can you give me a steer on which way to go in order to ID these please?

    India, late Kushan or early Kidarite. Photo not clear enough to read inscrptions.
    First guess: king Shaka.
    note: there are lots of fakes of these around !

    They are both around 20mm and each a little over 7g. I was thinking about Vasudeva, but I have no experience here.

    No Chris, trying to help out a friend. Gold is a little out of my league!

    If Vasudeva, then Vasudeva II.
    Rule of thumb is that Vasudeva I is combined with Shiva and bull on reverse and has a straight lower hem of his robe, not curved. Shaka i feel still more likely.

    Trying to get better picks. One coin is 7.8g and the other is 7.9g, but I don't know which is which!
