1946 Roosie DDO - Can Anyone Help?

I found this going through my silver dimes today. It looks like this obverse from variety vista( http://varietyvista.com/1946PDDO004 dime.htm ) but doesn't have any of the reverse doubling. Does anyone know what number this is?

My best guess is FS-10-1946-103 as it doesn't strongly reference any DDR?

 

I'm not sure, but at stage C the reverse die changed to DDR004 and Coneca notes that in LDS examples "heavily abraded reverse obliterates doubling."

 

The NGC link I posted doesn't refer to any DDR which is why I think it may be the one.
