Most American silver is overpriced, but what about foreign silver coins (business strikes, not bullion or proofs)? I have bought a couple of very lovely coins from Switzerland and France that were low priced. What coins stand out to you?
Scrap silver is worth what it is worth, but I've found some really beautiful German and French coins is dealers scrap bins that I bought at melt prices. To me anytime you can find an old pretty coin at melt prices, it's a good value.
