I have had this tiny coin for a while and had no success in identification, can anyone give me suggestions as to where to look please? It is 12mm 0.73g and appears to be silver.

The side I call the obverse could have anything, flower, hippocamp or a bird. Once I saw what I thought was a duck I can't see anything else. The reverse appears to have a griffon left with forepaw up.

Huh, that's a mystery ... yah, the obverse could be a rhodes rose thingy or a crazy duck?!! ... and the reverse does look kinda like a gryphon, or perhaps a lion?

I will keep an eye peeled for similar coins

i would guess it was a dove and chimera combo from sikyon pish. but i didn't find one exactly matching that on a quick search.

You could have a ca. 5th-4th century BC. AR Tetartemorion. Griffin / Astragalos from Teos, but what do I know?
