1892 Columbian Expo Coin

    From these pictures, can you tell if there are any issues? It appears to have discolored, and it's a different color from what I'm used to for silver coins (environmental damage?). I can't tell if it's been cleaned, but I don't think it is (I don't really see pitting or a series of small hairline scratches, etc.). Below AU 50? I can still see a lot of details though, it's just the color is throwing me off. I see dents/nicks on and near the date. Thanks in advance!

    The image angle is weird, but I think what you are seeing is simply a lightly circulated Columbian half dollar with dirt on it that has naturally toned. Also, it looks like it might be behind mylar in a flip and this can give a different color cast.

    I try and pick them up from $10. - $15. I have some so once in a while I give them to my fellow Knights of Columbus as a Thank you for the good job you have done at the K of C Council. They like them.
