so since I got that whole box of 1974-D cents I went back yesterday to see if they had any more boxes like that.... YES 5 rolls short of 3 more. 95 rolls (almost 2 boxes) of 1973-D all bank wrapped, unc. and a second box of customer roll marked "All S rolls 68-73. Circulated, some AU some UNC." asked if there were any of other denomination, but no. guy who brought them in apparently found them in storage.
I got all 3 boxes, will check some of the rolls next week.

I wasn't exactly roll hunting, but while opening a roll of pennies
the other day at a non-profit where I volunteer, I found a 1935. Not too bad, but next an 1895 IHC rolled out! My first.

I found a 1905-O dime in the reject slot of a Coinstar machine but the oldest dime other than that that I have found in circulation was a 1946-D. I always wanted to find a Mercury but never did.

    That's a nice dime.

I don't think there's any way to tell the 50% and 80% Canadian silver coins apart, or is there?

NICE FIND! even in the lowest grade
Very nice find. even the lowest grade is worth $5.oo. There is a regular O and a micro O for that year. the micro O starts at $50 and goes up from there so it would be worth some time to check that out.
