IMG_20150111_120407.jpg What do you think the grade of this 1923 peace dollar is?

This coin has a crazy amount of luster sadly not visible in photos.

I'd call it a low end 64. The luster is strong, and the strike is pretty good, but the field chatter keeps the grade down. The marks on her neck are also grade killers (and may actually bring it down to 63+, but I don't think so).

I agree with previous comment. Sometimes the little wear on the bottom edge of the neck will put the coin in au status, but I can't tell from pics. But if it's mint state, I'd say it's a solid 63. The reverse isn't noteworthy at all, and the obverse has many minor annoyances.

I'd go 63+, possible 64. Contact marks on the lower jaw and neck, plus I think there are more issues in the left fields than your pictures are showing.

Pictures in holders, thru the plastic are useless.

I'm not sure I can go as high as a 64 on this one. Appears to have too many bag marks on the neck and scuffs in the fields. Solid 63. Thanks for sharing.

AU58 or MS63. Hard to tell in the 2x2.
