Got this one at the FUN show. Looks better in hand, I'll try and get better photos when I get time. I picked this one over a 1793 Liberty Cap Large Cent that was graded F12 but also had a big scratch near the date.

Yo Chief that is a FANTASTIC coin but you know that, I'm sure. If I ever hit the Big One, that series is at the top of the list. I particularly like your coin for the great color, the even centering, and the lack of planchet adjustment marks. Just super eye appeal. Congratulations!

    Best Regards,

A real beauty!!! Congrats on the addition. It looks great in the pictures, I can only imagine what it looks like in hand.

I could only hit like once, but I tried to hit it multiple times....lol.

Absolute killer coin and I'm sure that was a tough call a 93 liberty cap a brutal coin to find problem free. I love your taste in coins Chief!!

1950 Proof Jefferson (PCGS PR66). The smokey obverse toning adds some nice contrast and character -- and a little bit of rainbow action on the reverse gives it some pop.

First purchase of 2015. Knocked another off the wish list. Might not have this one for long since my son told me on Christmas day that if I bought him a coin he wanted a silver coin and one with a Native American. I'll either have to gift him this one and find another. Or keep this one and find another for him. Decisions, decisions.

Get him the buffalo silver dollar commemorative. The one that looks like a silver dollar sizes buffalo nickel. 2000 or 2001 I think.

I love that coin. I haven't actually found the deal I want to pay on one yet, but it's most certainly on my radar

For 20th c I agree. But no comparison for the draped bust flowing hair trade dollar and the gobrecht dollar / no stars seated
