Got these when I signed in. 2015-01-09 17.32.38.jpg

Went down for Thursday only, it was packed and busy. No Amanda and the Penny Lady was on the phone and had about 10 people looking at her coins. I walked the floor twice in 1 day....WHEW !!!!

Lots of nice coins. Michael from Rare Coin Wholesalers let me hold a 1795 Eagle PCGS MS65 Eliasberg, value a cool $1,000,000. I ABOUT FAINTED, IT WAS STUNNING.

One more thing....dang that Surf Expo....

Oh yeah. Days Inn, 3rd floor........it's cold !!!!

Not only dang the surf expo, but dang the mile walk from parking to the show. I don't think those guys are carrying around the cash or merchandise value we are, make them do the walking.

Oh well, I heard next year they will not be having FUN in Orlando anyway. Maybe this was the convention center geting even.

I think it's Tampa next year, could be wrong.

On that long walk, I was walking fast and my head was doing a 360 until I got inside....:D

Tampa? I hope so! A much better choice than Orlando area.

Ha! Same floor -- we were probably neighbors until I relocated.

One good thing about the Surf Expo, they had a post-show party in the lobby with a beach band and free beer. Apparently coin collectors were welcome ... they didn't kick me out, anyway.

You posted a pic of the reverse of the elongated coin... Can you please post the obverse?

Did you maybe get a second one you can send me?

If it makes you feel any better, it's only been in the 50s and 60s here. Pretty chilly for Orlando.

Thanks for posting some pics. I was hoping to get a pic of the show from the second floor, but it was blacked out. This was probably for security reasons.

I love it as long as it snows. Not big on -18 tho that's just raw especially If your working outside I'm getting older and my body's tired too so a break for a week to warmer temps for a week wouldn't break my heart! Next year maybe :)

Im confused on this one, a MS-65 and a CAC, that thing looks awful worn to me, and what about the marker graffiti, how does that come into play on a coin like this? Market grading for sure? What?
