2015 Presidential Dollar Designs

I think this is the first I've seen of the chosen design for the JFK dollar.

Anyone else think this is a horrible design???

I think both Truman and Ike looked good, but your right the Kennedy design is bad. So it the Johnson coin.

 

Kennedy doesn't even come close to looking like him. Truman looks like a college football coach. Johnson looks like the "OLD MAN" from Pawn Stars!!

 

I was trying to think of who it was Johnson reminded me of.... You've hit the nail on the head!

 

What is he looking at??? The Kennedy design is awful... maybe they will change it... hopefully... is that the only president that isn't facing us in the whole series???

 

I think he's looking at Marilyn Monroe bending over.

 

Kennedy looks like he's slouching in his seat. What's so special about Kennedy that his design has to be completely different then what the rest of them have been?

 

After i saw this coin i decided to do some research, and after Kennedy was shot (the first time) it seems that he is facing the same way as the coin. I think this is a major disrespect to Kennedy, or i could be wrong and this probably is just a coincidence. I didn't want to put the video up because its too gory. I would also like to point out that i don't think this is a conspiracy, before anyone jumps at me for that

 

I agree - this calls back very much to the JFK assassination. Don't think it was intentional, but it is poor oversight to have not seen some could interpret the design in this way.

 

I can live with Truman. Ike looks really good... wish they could have come up with this for the Ikes. Kennedy and LBJ... I'm gagging.

 

The JFK and LBJ are awful. For JFK, I'll stick with the half. Truman and Ike are well done.
