    Or as "we" used to call it I&I..( Intercourse&Intoxifacation ) I was USN 7Th.Fleet 1975-80.Just had to throw my 2 cents in jello!!!

    1968. - 1973 I was a grunt to a spotter.
    Three tours. We lost too many people I wish came home. Navy helped us a lot ran food and support for so many units in the delta region with out them it would have been worse. Thanks for your service.

    Your a Vet too Jack-Thank you. And Thanks also to @dwhiz. I saw the thread he started on Veterans day-retired Sergeant Major U.S Army. Thanks to all you guys. I was in during the easy years. You guys are the ones who did and do the heavy lifting. Thank You.

    Welcome home jello!!! I just lost my brother in law who served in Veitnam,21st.Americal div.11th.light brigade,My dad was a SEABEE at the battle for SAIPAN,39TH.NCB.

    OS2-- USS Macdonough DDG-39 (formerly DLG-8) Charleston, scrapped in 1992. Glad to meet ya Boats. :)

    Nice to meet you OP's Spec.! I see we were both on "Tin-Cans"!!! I have to dig this one book out that i have...Another collecting passion,"LIBERTY CUFF's". A great book! I have to post some Exonumia 1st. but will post pic of book.Very cool!

    We had an OS striker that came out of 1st division. He loved it and re-upped after the med cruise.

    BTW, you guys had the coolest looking cruise jackets. We were always jealous of them. :)

    Here are a few peice's from the Erie Exo.,The Aluminum one on left is same as Bronze one at bottom.Both are 36 mm. Aqua say's white metal,It's Aluminum.R 5 accordding to Herman.The other is one of the "gem's" that slip through the crack's on EPAY!!! It is in the top 10 of oldest Merchant/Trade tokens from Erie.I saw one with out the loop that a friend has...There WILL be more to come! HAPPY HUNTING EVERYONE!!!
