Just the TV people that decide if you get on the show are here looking at what you got. Trick and those guys are not here. The slabbed coins are $95 each and raw are $65. The labels are for this show only as well as the signed ones. I will be glad to buy slabbed Old Man and Chumlee signed slabs for a small fee for carrying them home and mailing them for you guys that have to have one!!!
Hey, you caught me on camera! I'm the tall guy in the middle. Here's the $1 bill Madam Treasurer signed for me moments later. Best dollar I spent all day -- the BEP had a pristine stack of the "lucky" 888 bills they would let anyone use for a buck. And mine turned out to be very lucky: My tickets were pulled in the lottery to purchase both the limited run eagle intaglio print and the massive 1915 Panama Pacific Expo award certificate reprint. (Check the Paper Money Forum if you want to learn more about those.) Earlier in the day I snuck in a photo op with the Treasurer. A good day, all told!
The show feels bigger than last year, but the place is deserted. The crowds were not there yesterday and several dealers were complaining about how slow it was. Hopefully it will pick up today. Full show report will be coming soon.
