I can't say, but I'm guessing that it would grade about MS63, maybe MS64 on a good day.

From the pictures, I see wear on the cheek and tail feathers. AU coin....worth the silver content. If the pictures are not representative and it is just an exaggeration of minor flaw in the luster, then could be a nice MS coin, maybe as high as MS66 from seeing some of the marks. I find online pictures are tough to judge as many can over highlight minor flaws, or hide some significant ones. Key is what the coin looks like in hand.

1970 was the final year for the Silver Kennedy Half Dollars. In fact the coins issued this year are super rare, none were intended for circulation. These coins were only sold to collectors or companies for coin products.

So the entire mintage of 2,150,000 was sold to collectors or companies for coin products? Seems like they`re still reselling them on eBay, for about $15-20 in condition similar to OP photo.

Your Half Dollar is worth the price of scrap silver. It is only 40% silver, It's silver value is $2.36 according to the
U.S. Silver Coin Melt Value Calculator

Unless it is one of the Doubled Die Reverses, then $15 - $20.

Almost! The 1970-D 40% silver Kennedy was issued only in Uncirculated Mint Sets which had a mintage of 2,150,000.

It's worth 4-5x of melt value at a minimum in UNC.

I don't think that half is UNC that's why I valued it at spot.
