1964 D Cent - Lamination Error or PMD?

    Is this a lamination error or a PMD on a 1964 D cent?

    If it was just the gouges on the left I wouldn't have thought much of it, but the crack above it moving into the columns to the right makes me wonder. Thanks in advance!

    That is all lamination, both peeled and retained.
