    PCGS has been running behind. Just got this coin back today in a 64 holder.

    Yep I think it would be an easy 65 if the mark under the right wing wasn't so conspicuous. That is why I went for 64. Nice coin !

    I would call it MS64+ shot M65, with luster being the determining factor based on an in hand evaluation.
