VAM question: spitting eagle?

Is this a spitting eagle VAM?

It is an 1891-CC.

I would say maybe a different die state of that vam. You should have it checked out as it may be a newer vam.

 

I've had a few spitters and i'd say yes it is a spitting eagle. Might be just a little shorter than normal from the first pic, but the second one looks just like the 4-5 I have had.

 

I'm asking over at VAMWorld, too, but can you folks give me an idea what grade you think this coin is and what it might be worth?
