Was kind of hard for me to choose which coins to post since I didn't really start buying again until late into the year. And on top of that I barely purchased 10 coins, I think my total for the year is 14 and some of those are really bargain buys. But then I do have some I really like so here goes in no particular order.

Check that green stuff on #7. Looks like bronze disease from the photos.

Lovely bunch of coins, my friend => I think that #9 The Troas Lion is my favourite

... but I'm also a big fan of that sweet #4 Akragas (very cool)

Great coins IceRain. I really like the #8 a nice example of a Maximinus I "Thrax" denarius if I'm not mistaken.

All look like coins I would have bought at some point and eight strike me as something I would buy today. That is as good a percentage as I do when I go to a show. I seem to get buyer's remorse on about 20% of my selections. Overall, as a beginner, you seem to have a preference for Greek and have found some better than usual Greek bronzes in the affordable ranges. My preferences would add a few more Roman hopefully as nice as the Maximinus which has a good portrait of the more popular later big chin version. You have taste in selecting coins. I am looking forward to where the hobby takes you in 2015.

The Antandros lion and Max Thrax are my faves, but nice pickups all around!

Thanks for the comments. Pretty sure I'm going to pick up a lot more coins in 2015.

I poke the green stuff around gently and it's not flaking off. Will keep an eye on it just in case.
