Half Kennedy's 3-4-5 Rays. Varieties?

    These all are PROOF KENNEDYS. My question is that. Because the fact of the Rays, show in that area. Are not these considered VARIETIES?

    I MEAN:
    Variety 3 Rays
    Variety 4 Rays
    Variety 5 Rays
    If they keep going like that, most sure in 2015 will have 6 Rays variety.
    Love to see also how the "S" of San Francisco is growing up. Small, Medium and Large.

    If all 3 were the same date (e.g. 1979) then you would be correct in asserting that the different number of rays would be varieties. The mint staff makes modifications to Dies and Hubs due to wear, or to "improve' the Design, especially from year-to-year.
