Nothing special. Surface of the paper is torn. Damaged note. Better luck next time.

I think after many beers, it perhaps looked like more than it truly is. Sorry. It has all the hallmarks of torn paper, probably from being taped and it roughly removed at some point prior.

 

You spilled the beer on the note and the color rubbed off.

 

It's all the more shocking since it's those large numerals printed on the newer notes that are supposed to help those with impaired sight!
