What error is this?

    I see die deterioration and some finning on the left obv rim.

    Are you talking about the half circle, that runs from the last T in Trust, to the front of lincolns suit, and the back of lincolns suit, to Liberty, thats the obverse side, reverse has a little more going on then the obverse, but same effect

    Where the rim splits in two and continues halfway aroumd the coin. Off center strike? Or broken collar?
