1988 P Penny - Streak mark protrusion

Is this an error? There's a streak mark protruding out of the surface on the obverse under the words IN GOD WE TRUST and all around the coin, and it's also on the reverse. On the reverse, the streak mark is slimmer, but it's behind the letters UNI in United.

correct, 1 cent, the edge of the die is worn, dont forget the devices on the die are all incuse, so they will still be sharp...
