When posting an unknown, it is good to give a size. This type is usually large enough (21mm) to be called AE2. The Theodosius I and Cyzicus ID is certain. I'd say genuine is also most certain.
Thanks guys... Same size as a US quarter. I found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SBC-Theodosius-I-AE-25-Maiorina-GLORIA-ROMANORVM-RIC-IX-Cyzicus-14c-/321623167491?pt=Münzen_Medaillen&hash=item4ae23c1203 It looks like the same maybe ?
Doug is right. For coins of this time period, this illustrated list may be useful: http://esty.ancients.info/ricix/ Click on the image of the reverse type to learn more about that type. It also has many supplemental notes listed in its table of contents.
