Are you doing a date set or a "complete"? and if so are you even going to try for the 1895?
My dad is kindof working on a date set and only has 2 more to go and he will have them all.

I completed a date set a few years ago and if I remember, the 1893-95 set ran me a LOT of money even in G grades.
I think the 1895-O was almost $200 or more, does that sound right?
Looks like pupa is going for the whole enchilada though...what is it,something like 96-97 coins, not counting errors & VAMS?

I am also going for a Morgan Set. It would be 95 coins not including varieties and VAMs. Since the 1895 P is only available in proof, I am not including it in my set. I have thus far been able to complete an entire date set and an entire New Orleans set. I have only 7 more to go before I have a complete set. This of course includes the three key dates of 1889 CC, 1893 S, and 1894 P. Its always good to read of someone else's progress in this set.

Congrats on the accomplishments Pupa, I'll be thrilled just to complete my Barber half collection lol

Anyone know a better place than Ebay to buy barber halves and morgan dollars for right around melt? Of course this wont be the rare dates, but i'm not to the point of needing those yet lol

I have about bought out my local dealer on his barber halves and dimes as well as walkers that he sells for melt

Well my set is almost complete , have added quite a few coins since my last post , my most recent is a 1879 CC VAM 3 capped NGC MS 62 , I only need 2 more coins to have a completed graded set ,1892 CC and 1893 CC , of which I have both in raw state. A few of my coins are ANACS , those are the ones not listed in my NGC registery ,Charlie61199 if you want to look.I also got what I think is the hardest coin to get- at least not many of them are offered up for sale -
    a 1921 Morgan NGC MS 66.
