I don't know that they have them readymade but I'm reasonably sure they will make one for you -- at a stiff price.
Save yourself all of that headache and order a blank dansco album with 2 pages ported for 34mm slots. Easy peasy.
I looked into getting Capital Plastics to custom produce a coin holder for me years ago and the cost was enormous. The fabrication of the holder wasn't all that bad, I guess, but to have them add lettering and numbering, where desired, drove the price up an obscene amount.
