Doubles bank note?

    I have a bill with the serial number 13997997. Would this be considered a doubles note or does the 13 ruin it. I'm not that interested in it myself but I usually try to trade or sell to someone who is would it be worth trying?

    The 13 ruined it. The number 13 has been known to ruin a lot of notes.
