Here's one I found years ago going through a bag of Jefferson's. I say it's just about 95% or more off....but just enough to make worth a lot more than a no date off center. Notice you'll see the 99 D and of all things FS. What do you think the odds are of this happening?
I like it. I just found an indented cent from a planchet this morning. Yours would have been the planchet that shouldn't have been there.
Nice, but not enough visible surface for me. I mostly enjoy 10% - 35% off-center. Those make nice visual examples. Cool that it has a partial date. Now, all I have to do is figure out the century.
