Rick Snow was selling this one a while back. PCGS FS-401. I wanted it but it was just too much for me.
Interesting. Some of those lines look like die cracks. In particular the one from the ribbon to the base of the bust. It's also a clashed die. Maybe that had something to do with it's condition.
I don't think that's a clash mark. There's nothing but field on the reverse in that area. The only clash marks I see are the mark by the headband and the loop between the feathers. edit: Oops my bad. Yep, that is a clash mark. Part of the C in cent.
It's a pretty coin. The CPG has a note saying "one of the authors feels these scratches may have been a crude attempt to cancel the die" I can see the guy working on the die and he saw the cracks and started scratching it up. Tough to fix a die crack in 1892.
Interesting thought. And a variety I've never seen though this is not a series I'm actively into. Nice coin thanks for posting it. I'll have to keep a lookout in 1892 ihc for this one
