1943p ddo nickel

    how rare is this coin? I haven't found much info for it.any help will be appreciated.

    Super impressive DDO! To me it looks like cherrypicker's FS-05-1945P-106 (and CONECA 6-O-I).

    Its listed as a USR-9 (126-250) in my cherrypickers guide

    Your images are hard to tell grade if you could post some full pictures of both the obv.and rev. I could give you better advice on value.
    That said this variety and runs from $100.- and up depending on condition . It's a double die obv. Pup the eye.it has an urs-9 cone a 6-o-1 fs-05-1943p-106 (029)
    The doubling is visible on date liberty and motto. There's a second eye below the primary this variety is becoming more sought after. Nice pick up.

    Have a good look at all your 1943 P nickels....you'll find more varieties in the war years nickels coinage. The 43P has one of the highest number of varieties of all the Jefferson nickels.

    Ya done good! Nice score I say you increased your investment by $98.00 or more! Like I said have a good look at war time nickels. There are so many To Be found.
    Now before you do that buy yourself the cherry pickers guide...... study it cover to cover then..... go pickin there's gold in them there coin shows and eBay listings!

    I don't think so.He is selling off his grandfather's coin collection.he is selling 1959 thru 1968 lmc uncirculated for a dollar a roll.v nickels and buffalo nickels for a dime a piece. wheat pennies for a buck to 4 bucks a roll
