Not if I'm looking at the dot you are talking about. If you scroll down this page you'll see some diagnostic images- http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=68654 The dot I'm seeing on yours is too far west and too far north.
The first coin has the dot inline with the bottom of the 9 and 6. The authentic coin has the dot much further down than the bottom of those two numbers. Additionally, it is too centered between the 9 and 3 versus the authentic specimen, which has the dot almost on line with the front of the 3. That is why I said there is no way they are the same die.
