Well, actually it's the exact same type of gallery, just at a different forum, at FORVM Ancient Coins as a matter of fact. Been debating on moving my gallery for some time and then finally decided to do it. I have so many coins now, part of the reason why I've been putting it off. What I've done is added the coins that already have a decent photo of it. Then I'm going to shoot some coins I have with this camera a friend loaned me. I got lazy with my only gallery and stopped updating it around a year ago I think. Making a new one or even updating my current one would be a huge task now with all of the coins I have. Another reason that kills my desire to work on my gallery is that most people would probably be bored quickly with it; my collection isn't huge on pretty coins.
Yes, it is a daunting task to work on a gallery but I decided it's one coin at a time which makes it easier on me and I don't have to purchase any coins. I've discovered and learned more things about my coins by working on them a second time or even a third time. I have some really low grade coins so I know what you mean but the thing is that I am happy when other people like but also it is records of all the coins I own. It makes it easier in the long run for my coin records.
I used to have a gallery there in addition to the one at Forum. Not sure why I need both. I also used to have a gallery here on CT before it went away about a year ago I think.
Yeah, I definitely don't need both. I'm moving and ceasing to update the CC gallery. I'm not deleting it, just leaving it there.

As far as I can remember, you never had a gallery there just all the photos you posted to threads. Which definitely get nuked when you get banned. The gallery is actually a different system independent from your posting account.

Oops. lol. Yeah, well my gallery here at CT was nuked as well but then again I didn't have many coins here. But then I was confused about which gallery you were talking about.
